The Camus of Brittany (clone 46)
This artichoke has a deep, ashy green colour. Its flower head is rounded and tight, with broad, short scales. It is harvested from May to mid-November. It is the most cultivated variety in France.
The cardinal
This artichoke is distinguished by its beautiful purple colour and generous background. It has very interesting floral notes on the palate. With this achievement, the OBS won the Silver Sival 2015 in the Varietal Innovation category.
Thanks to the meristem culture technique, the OBS obtains in the laboratory individuals free from viral contamination.
